  李云竹画家，原名李国，字白云，号云轩。山东安丘市人，1966年，4月生，毕业于渤海大学美术系专业，现为中国艺术学院特聘教授，中日友好院、美术院特聘教授，国家一级美术师，国家美协会员，中国友好画院特聘画师，中国画院一级美术师，中国与海外画报社副社长兼编审记者，中央中国今日评论社特邀评论员，中国民族民间工艺美术家协会理事，全国艺联第二届主席团后补副主席，中国文化艺术发展促进会副理事长，联合国教科文组织艺术顾问，世卫执委，首席艺术家，联合国教科文组织艺术大使，美国哈佛、耶鲁、哥伦比亚大学等八大名校联盟首席客座教授等，央视CCTV艺术顾问，俄罗斯国立艺术家协会会员。
